Minescha Jordaan
Legal Costs Consultants

MJLCC is the legal costs consultancy established by Minescha-Miné Jordaan in January 2009.

Minescha-Miné completed her LLB studies at the University of Port Elizabeth in 2005 and was admitted as an advocate in 2014. Minescha-Miné has extensive experience in drafting both party-and-party and attorney-and-client bills of costs, including bills for fees payable by a practitioner’s own client and bills for costs recoverable from an opposing litigant under a costs order or in terms of a costs agreement. Her experience also spans taxation proceedings, objections and replies, and settlement negotiations.

Minescha-Miné brings a meticulous approach to her work, with a focus on careful preparation and close attention to detail. Her experience includes costs estimates and opinions, assessments of reasonableness, investigations into overcharging and overreaching, and reviews of taxation proceedings. The practice also offers independent mediation.
